TIMES –
10.00-2.00pm – All candidates
Doors open at 9.30am
Big group photo at 9.55am
Intros at 10.05am
4th degree demos at 10.10am
10.20am grading groups start
Make sure you bring your belt (obviously) bring your sparring equipment, also bring plenty of water and light snacks ie bananas, cereal bars etc to keep energy levels up and stay hydrated!
It is a big group & grading day but is set to be amazing!!!!
